The Northeast Sea and Land Gateway, with a pattern of "two horizontal and one vertical" ,treats Dalian Port and Yingkou Port as the centre, develops CHINA RAILWAY Express and commercial vehicles transit transport as the main carrier, and strives to expand the scope of business to Japan and South Korea in the east, ASEAN countries and southeast seaboard in the south, and the European Union and Central Asian countries in the west. Now, its business has covered China’s five major ports for CHINA RAILWAY Express, and formed "three-channel" for transport in the east, middle and west directions and a "two-way" round-trip mode.
